The PI Optimal compression bra is a longer-length bra features a wider under bust band for added support, with medium cleavage coverage, medium to high underarm support, and an extra-wide back band. Wider adjustable straps provide enhanced comfort and stability.

Designed for wear after more intensive breast surgeries, including reconstruction, reduction, lift, or augmentation. Also beneficial for managing localized lymphoedema when used with a massage pad.

The PI Optimal offers firm compression to help shape and support the breasts during post-operative recovery. The soft, elasticized molded cups gently encapsulate the breasts and stabilize implants, while dual cup sizing ensures a more tailored fit. A front clip fastener and openable straps make hospital fittings and adjustments easier, ensuring continued support as swelling reduces.
