| Due to ongoing rising shipping costs, we are sorry that we can no longer offer free shipping. The shipping fees we charge are set as low as possible to match the Australia Post rates we pay. |
After your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.
Order Processing Time:
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days and will be sent with tracking via Australia Post.
- For items that are out of stock, we will notify you and provide an updated delivery or pick up timeline.
- Express Post orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and will be sent with tracking via Australia Post.
Delivery Areas:
- We currently ship to addresses within Australia via Australia Post.
Shipping Fees:
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 (typically 3-7 business days)
- Standard Shipping with Signature on delivery: $12.80 (typically 3-7 business days, select at checkout under shipping method)
- Express Shipping: $15.00 (typically 1-3 business days, location dependent)
- Express Shipping with Signature on delivery: $17.95 (typically 1-3 business days, select at checkout under shipping method)

- As of 2025, we order directly from one of our suppliers in Europe. We will inform you if the delivery time for your order may be delayed.
