How to Measure for PI Special Compression Bra:
For the best fit, we strongly recommend measuring yourself before purchasing surgical garments, as sizing may differ. To ensure accurate measurements, please follow these tips before you start measuring
- Stand upright with a relaxed belly and breathe naturally.
- Keep the measuring tape horizontal (not angled up or down) to avoid distortions.
- The tape should rest gently against your body without being too tight or too loose.
Step 1:
Use the Body Measurement diagram to identify the areas to measure on the body, then record your measurements.
Step 2:
View the Sizing Charts and match your measurements with the chart. Then note the corresponding size.
Step 3:
If all measurements fall in the same size range, select your size. If measurements are in different size categories, or if you're unsure contact us via phone, text or email for assistance.
- Seamless cotton post-surgery compression bra designed for all types of breast surgeries.
- The bra features a wide elastic band under the bust preventing the bra from chafing or rolling up in any way. The band is designed to be so soft that it appears as a continuation of the bra itself and thus, does not interfere with scar tissue.
- A higher décolletage covers the entire chest; after augmentation (breast enlargement using implants) it stabilizes the position of the implant and helps it to cling to the breast tissue, exactly as the surgeon demands.
- Heat-moulded seamless cups for perfect comfort and support of your breasts.
- The cups are reinforced with double lined fabric for optimal compression in key areas.
- The bra features a front zipper underlain with hooks for easier handling and dressing.
- Shoulder straps with four rows of hook and eyes to adjust the level of compression as needed.

This post surgery bra is the most comfortable I have ever worn. I have a condition called Poland syndrome, meaning, I was born without a pectoralis major muscle, left side. It has been extremely difficult in the past, to find a bra that accommodates my needs, post surgery, until now. This is my second reconstructive surgery, with a third to come. Needless to say, I will be ordering several more of these magnificent bras. Thank you so much BCV, for making these garments available.
Fantastic post surgery bra! The front clasps make it so much easier to get the zipper secure. The shoulder adjustments mean you can adjust the bra to your individual body shape, and the coverage over the breast is far superior to cheaper versions of this bra! They may be more expensive than alternatives out there, like those sold in the large chain store starting with “K”, but this bar is FAR superior. And well worth the money for post operative needs!! Highly recommend!!
