Wear, Then Wash, Dry & Store: Caring for Your Breast Forms

Wash Guide for Your Breast Forms/ Prosthesis

Everyday wear exposes your breast forms to natural perspiration, body oils, and dead skin cells, to perfumes, moisturisers, lotions, and powders.

Over time, these residues can build up, causing odours or degrading the materials. That’s why regular cleaning and correct storage are essential to keeping your breast forms fresh, hygienic, and long-lasting.

Before You Start: Always Check the Product Care Guide

Each product may have specific instructions, so always refer to the care guide that came with your breast form. The guidelines below cover typical care recommendations for the most common types of breast forms.
